Facts about Instant Film:

Polaroid no longer manufactures instant film but works closely with Fujifilm and other manufacturers and licenses its brand name.

In 2010, a group called the Impossible Project acquired Polaroid's old equipment and factory in Enschede, in the Netherlands with the stated purpose, "..to re-start production of analog instant film for vintage Polaroid cameras..".

Polaroid film develops in about 60 seconds. Number of shakes not withstanding.

Polaroid film was invented by Edwin H. Land, who founded Polaroid Corporation in 1937.
